Semaphore House is in a wonderful beachside suburb close to the city. The train is only a few minutes walk from the house. Trains are frequent, reliable and take as little as 15 minutes to get to the city (maximum of 20 minutes during off peak times).
Semaphore House is also a short stroll to one of Adelaide’s best beaches. There is everything you could want: a beautiful, clean, safe swimming beach, a jetty for fishing and crabbing, a cycle/running path, green picnic & BBQ spaces plus all the convenience and entertainment that you could want: supermarkets, cafes, pubs, fast food outlets, a grand library, a cinema, and much more.
